FEAR
From the day we were born, we had a special companion that has been with us all the time, sometimes sleeping but always ready to awaken in some situations in particular, our partner is: fear.
Many people think that this emotion is only for the cowards, that is totally wrong. The fear is within each person in the world, the difference is that some people do not let fear affect them too, these people act in spite of fear.
These are the brave.
But the fear is also a form of self-protection, appears when your brain feels that you have put at risk, especially if this is your physical integrity that is good. If you are a person "scared", you don't have to worry about because you already know that it is quite common.
You just need to know how to control it, that's all.
And you must be wondering how we can overcome the fear, but in the first place, there is no specific way to overcome it, this will not disappear during the night by magic. In reality it is just the opposite, as a process.
After the first attempt, it will be much easier to deal with it at other times. You just need to believe in yourself, and you will see the results after having acquired sufficient confidence.
Fear is only a state of mind that can only influence us if we give the control. Our brain could be used as a tool, but only if we are sufficiently aware how to deal with it as well. Our brain it controls or is controlled by us, you have to choose one of two options.
