Imagine Collective: Building a New Blockchain Industry

This was a pitch I wrote out in an attempt to bring on a new co-founder to our project. I am happy with what came out of it, and wanted to share with Steemit Community.

Imagine Collective, is currently in our lean start-up phase with plans to develop an MVB starting this Thursday. We are looking for people to get involved with the project and help in developing ideas going forward. Tomi Sosunov is also a co-founder and right now the team for our project consists of just us!





Our aim is to act as a collective 'consultancy' of sorts. Collectively, we hope to pool professionals and organizations from all market industries and consult with them to prove the value blockchain technology can provide to their businesses not in terms of profit, but in terms of hollistic/sustainable value generation and growth. In order to prove value that can be generated in a socially ethical manner when the correct approach to blockchain technology is applied.

We are looking to raise awareness and urgency in our approach to new audience segments to help prove value by gaining a strong community of people from all walks of life. We hope, by opening up to new audiences we will gain a wider group of supporters which will in turn drive social pressures on businesses and merchants to become a part of blockchain socio-economic reform movement. By educating 'average consumers' not just on technical aspects and opportunities that exist with bc tech, but mainly by explaining how the modern economy operates(in itself will explain how broken current economic model is) and helping them to get involved in supporting a socio-economic reform movement driven by the block chain.


Right now, Tomi is our media house: helping to design videos, animations, and visuals and I work mostly on community engagement and collective management, and on learning ins and outs of blockchain technology to be able to teach others and grow a new blockchain/cryptocurrency industry(one that is not exploitative). I have envisioned our next co-founder to work with us as a holistic strategist & management coordinator: to advise us on building holistically balanced systems from the inside out.

We are mainly looking for someone with a background in holistic system operations, project management, business strategy... But, to be honest, we are really just looking for people who can grasp the intention of our project would like to get involved and that are willing to contribute in our startup phasing and planning and future operations.
