She posted it on the steepshot app. Steepshot app alows to use up to 20 tags. She didn't post it on steemit.com. You wasn't right at all. You told her to learn to use the right amount of tags, which was quite rude. She did nothing wrong.
The fact that photos posted on Steepshot get displayed on steemit.com too, doesn't mean we are not allowed to use more than 5 tags on steepshot.
Then go ahead and post like that. I have asked a few that has been on this platform for quite awhile. So don't be shocked if people start flagging.

The app allows us to use up to 20 tags. Why shouldn't we use them? How is this even a problem? Does it insult someone that she posted 10 tags? Did it make someone's day miserable?
People start flagging because they are morons, not because of tags. It's as simple as that. "Oh look, she posted 10 tags! Lets buy some more steem to make her go away!".
Guess what. Other people use more than 5 tags too. Go teach them! Send them more threats! You have the power! MOAR POWER! MOAR!!
