If I were you I would go for the Acer Aspire E-15. It falls just under your price range but is on par with nearly anything you could get and for what you want to do it is more than you need. If you are coding and video editing you would be better investing the rest of your budget in a quality keyboard and mouse/mouse pad. Good luck!
