Education is good but it is not everything

Hello, today I to the value that everybody gives to education concerning being successful and well behaved.
Firstly, what is education?
Education is the process of giving or receiving systematic instructions especially in a school.
These days everybody thinks that you must go to school before you can be successful in life, I think that's bull shit.
Some even go get as saying if you are not educated you will always behave uncivilized.... These type of discussion always annoys me, because everything is not about going to school. And don't get me wrong, when I said education I mean the one you receive in school not the ones that your family members or elders give you. How does school education makes someone act civilized??? To me, maybe it's just the pride that you get from completing school that makes someone act as if they are better than people that didn't especially when they are around uneducated people. And again, education does not mean that you will be successful in life, yes... It may give you a white collar job but that still doesn't mean that you will be very successful. I even think entrepreneurship is far better than a white collar job. There are many examples that's process that idea is better than education. I don't want to mention anybody's name.
I don't just like the emphasis that people place on education. It's sucks honestly.
Just like my landlord Said " You will find out that, that people will Excel more than his feel traders because he is educated". I saw him as a big fool because despite the fact that he is educated his is badly behaved.... Talk about barging into someone's house without knocking because you are the landlord..... Always calling me a small boy (even when he knows that I am 21 years old).
To me, your environment and home training defines how will behaved you will ever be NOT education in schools.
