pertemuan dengan petugas CMHN dalam rangka pelepasan pasien pasung yang ada di tingkat kecamatan-kecamatan di aceh utara.

Program ini kelanjutan dari tahun sebelunnya yang pernah juga di lakukan kegiatan yang sama tepatnya di tahu 2016.
Seperti yang terlihat di gambar dr.Makhroza selaku kepala dinas kesehatan dan di dampingi oleh direktur rumah sakit jiwa banda aceh,berbincang sambil mengantar menuju mobil pengangkutan dengan pasien yang akan di rujuk ke rumah sakit jiwa banda aceh.

Mengingat semakin banyaknya orang dengan gangguan kejiwaan yang di pasung oleh kelurganya,dengan bermacan alasan yang klasik seperti,tidak sanggub mengawasi, takut mengamuk,takut karna kalau gak dipasung pasiennya akan pergi tidak mau pulang dan lain sebagainya.

Dinas kesehatan aceh menargetkan aceh bebas pasung di tahun 2018.agar terlaksana dengan efektifnya program tersebut dinas kesehatan tidak hanya mensosialisakan kegiatan tersebut,namun melakukan gebrakan dengan menjemput sendiri pasien yang ada di pelosok-pelosok kecamatan.

Dan jumlah keseluruhan pasien yang ada di aceh utara yang berhasil di rujuk ke rumah sakit jiwa propinsi berjumlah 15 orang,dari 16 pasien yang akan dirujuk,karna salah satu keluarga dari pasien tersebut tidak mengijinkan anggota keluarganya untuk di rujuk.
