Roman Catholic Church "Dormition of the Virgin Mary" in Baile Herculane
The church was built between 1836-1838, during Emperor Ferdinand I.
On Easter, Empress Elizabeth (Sissi) attended the Catholic Chapel.
When I was in the church there was nobody. The doors were wide open, and there was a complete silence inside the room. Later we learned that the Roman Catholic Church has a wide open door at any time of the day and all the days of the year. Behind the chapel rises the tower of the bell tower with the parish house, where it can be reached by a few ladders.
It's appealing not just good!
