Sleeping with the enemy?

Every time I walk into my dads garage I am amazed at the order that exist in there!

I reluctantly think back to my own garage and visualize the disorder and plain mess that I have on hands.

There and then I always decide that I am going to clean up my act and sort out my garage.

However this just stays at a planning phase and implementation rarely happens.

Just look at the picture above and notice how my dad not only put the paints together but even the types of paint and color next to each other! Labels to the front, a bi scary if I think back to the movie "Sleeping with the enemy"!! I however noticed that the third tin on the top shelve needs some adjustment and that made me feel much better!

In this picture it shows how each type of screw, nail and washer is sorted neatly into bottles, and each with a lid!!

This is where my garage totally fails the test. Perhaps I should buy more bottles to ensure that I can sort all different types. At the moment all screws are in a bottle, with no lid and not sorted.

Imagine the mess when I start looking for something.

Some more of the same!! I could however recommend that my dad start color coding the bottle lids!!!

This overall view shows the big picture. Suppose there is some room for improvement, but then again it is only a garage!
