Scrumptious dinner! This is how food must taste!

Last night was my last evening in Mbombela, so I decided to eat at a restaurant name Explorers.

As I was not really very hungry I ordered the Pakan crumbed calamari with chips starter.
The calamari was very well presented on the plate. It was served with sweet chilli sauce, spicy mango atjar and two slices of lemon.
A small basket of chips rounded the meal off.

The calamari was deep fried till golden. I loved the crispyness of the crumbs combined with the soft and really tasty inside.

I think the sweet chilli sauce was also home made as it had a devine taste which complimented the calamari fully.

Well when in Mobombela, Explorers will definitely see me again!
