6 reasons to not consume milk

I am going to talk about animal milk. I'm not a hater of this type of milk, but let me state 6 facts, that every single person should know before consuming it.

  1. Cows are hormonated and pumped with antibiotics to 'improve' the milk quality.

  2. Lactose intolerance. Cow’s milk contains a sugar called lactose, that can be difficult for people to digest, resulting in symptoms such as nausea, cramps, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. It can also cause later in life into worse symptoms.

  3. Does not have as much calcium as we believe. There are another alternatives to have our daily calcium intake like nuts, spinach and broccoli (yass baby :P)

  4. The more milk you consume the more mucose you have. That's why in a healing cancer process it's so important to avoid milk especially for those who have respiratory problems.

  5. Does not prevent osteoporosis. Unlike people think that it is helpful to consume milk to prevent osteoporosis, well, in fact it's he opposite. Nowadays, osteoporosis is more frequent than ever due to the high amounts of proteins in the daily use. The calcium separates from the bones causing the opposite effect. Our actual grandmas and grandpas have more bones problems than ever, because since they were children they we told to drink milk everyday.

  6. Acne. In a lots of studies, the consumption of all types products containing cow’s milk was linked to an increased acne, and that's because of the fat of the milk.

Nowadays, there is lots of options to consume different kind of milk instead: almond milk, coconut milk, etc...
