What is life without the company of friends?
We all need friends, but many a time, the kind of friends we keep are detrimental to our future. One who aspires to be a queen tomorrow, should mingle and associate with queens, that she may learn how to walk and comport herself like a queen.

Who is a friend?
A huge number of human misunderstands this term..
A friend is any other person other than your family member, spouse or lover, whose company one enjoys and towards whom one feels affection. An adage goes: "show me your friend and I will tell you who you are". If your friends are bookworm, you will be good academically. If they are drunkards/smokers, get ready to be one soon, I.e if you are not one already.

Sometimes we suddenly find yourself laughing the way one of your friend laughs or talking the way they talk, or maybe there's a particular slang he/she normally uses or a way he/she pronounces a word. We suddenly find ourselves doing the same. This goes to mean that ;"There's no man that cannot be influenced".

There are some friends, the only thing they talk about when you meet is how to make money.. While others, all they talk about is the opposite sex.. A few others, only talk about their achievements.It's your duty to navigate yourself towards the ones that seem more profitable to you. Maybe you could prefer the ones that always talk about their achievements, maybe, just maybe..
Note:" There's a difference between enjoying your youth and destroying your future".. A thin line though.

Some of us 🤼 it goes deeper. We are clearly not on the same level with the friends we keep, but we bring ourself down, because we want to fit in. For undergraduates:You know night class is not your best time of studying, but because all your friends are going, you tag along. On getting there,2hours of the time is spent chatting,when you finally go inside to read, you realised you have been reading one line for about 10mins.. Finally your night was unproductive.

On a closing note.. there's a saying my mum imbibed in me while I grew,and it goes like this
"Show me your friend and I'll tell you who you are"

Choose your friends wisely. 👬👭
"Your friends are like your shoes, if they are too big/small for you, you won't be able to walk comfortably"
If you mingle with 4 millionaires, you are most favourable to be the 5th..
