Can guy and girl be just friends? 🤔
Dear Steemians,
Do you believe that a relationship between a guy and girl can never remain just as a friend and even though they are best of friends, eventually one day, one or the other will start to develop feeling for the other.
Have you ever met anyone and you instantly had a feeling like you know that person for a long time while someone who know for a long time gives you the feeling that you still do not know that person well.
Well I believe in both because before I had a very good guy friend with whom we would end talking all night from A to Z and still there is always something to know. Our topics never used to run out. Eventually he ended up with a feeling for me but i was in relationship with someone else. So i got to know how true it is when people say eventually one or the other will develop a feeling.
Recently I met up with someone in class and just few seconds of talking lead us to being a friend who shares everything. Hardly 4 days now since we got to know each other and we are 14 hours on phone with each other (other 10 hours would be sleeping and little busy time for oneself). Day starts with good morning until we close our eyes again.
Wondering if it is just me or you are or were in the same situation before...
I think it depends on your kind of person, as for me i can be friends with girls and for a long time and not develop feelings. I hardly develop feelings easily but once i do, i love like an Indian woman
That's the thing that I dont understand. If I am treating someone like my best friend and doing things that girls do with him then how can he develop feeling like that. When I get to know this, the meaning of friendship starts to change and I feel awkward even with my best friend. I guess you are right, it depends on an individual 😀
