Ingredients :
500 grams of steamed cassava
125 grams of sugar
2 tbsp margarine
1/4 tsp fine salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
according to taste Pasta / cake dye, whichever is preferred
Sprinkling materials:
1/2 grated coconut and salt (steamed 15 minutes)
Steps:
Prepare and weigh the ingredients according to the recipe.
Mix all ingredients in the basin (except grated coconut and margarine) when the cassava is still hot / fresh out of the corm. Puree until it's completely dull. If the cassava texture is slightly dry, margarine can be melted first. put margarine and paste after fine cassava, mix until smooth and smooth.
Weigh the dough 30-35 grams, according to taste only. Print with plastic molds that have been smeared thinly with margarine / vegetable oil. Do it until the dough runs out.
