How to lose weight(pt1)
Losing weight is arguably the most common topic ever since the covid pandemic started although, the reason is not much of an excuse to be sad, people started to help each other on this issue. Many came up with the idea of water fasting which in my opinion is not useful since there is a chance of you fainting at any time while trying to get your result while only a few came up with a simple and always useful idea which is working out at home, now you might be saying that oh I didn't have any equipment to work out with, I didn't have any dumbbells or weight to lift I can answer you with a factual statement, you really didn't want it because if you wanted it you could get up, open youtube and search for a video that teaches you how to work out see, you could. So let's just put these aside we are not here to find the fuel of disappointment we are here to find the fuel of being persistent and disciplined so without talking furthermore let's get to the point, the actual fuel of being persistent is ................... . 😕
so wait you really thought there is fuel for being disciplined, you are wrong because if being disciplined was this easy it wouldn't be valuable anymore, it's not only losing weight that needs persistency everything, every goal that you want to achieve needs persistency and the only methods that you can use to get to it is never breaking your codes, for imagining it better or I would like to say clarifying it you are like an electronic car you should provide the fuel by yourself this shows that nothing can help you but the inner you, so in conclusion, we confidently can agree on one thing which is discipline is the key to everything.
