Nightmare of IT guys: Printers - Office space
Office Space is an Oldie but a Goldie movie based on software developer's life :) (Nowadays, "Silicon Walley" serial is its longer version) There are many funny scene about life of software developers. Certainly, the famous part is "revenge to printer" scene. Actually, it is real and represent almost entire IT world :)
For many people, it is not enough clear why a printer becomes a huge problem. More than 10 years in professional IT/software industry, i've been in many million-dollars projects and met great guys who succeed great big projects. Guess that what they cannot do?
Answer is simple: printers :) Whenever they(or us, or i) need something to print or copy from printer device, it becomes a really nightmare. Still i didn't know anyone who really understand to working a printer. Still nobody knows how to copy a document with double-side(like id card).
i hope printer manufacturers hear our voice and find a simple solution or improve usability.
