Thyme is the perfect plant for sore throats.
In infusion:
-Tip the contents of a teaspoon of thyme in a teacup and add 150 ml of very hot water.
Let infuse, covered, 10 to 15 minutes then filter.
You can take 3 cups daily (outside meals) - without going beyond 3 weeks of treatment.
3) Honey to relieve pain
