For the first remedy, it's easy because everyone has in his fridge: the yellow lemon. This fruit acts as a natural antiseptic because it boosts the immune system by stimulating the production of leukocytes.

Mixed with half a cup of warm water, you can make gargles several times a day. This remedy can be used until the symptoms improve.

2) Thyme: cough solution

In infusion:
-Tip the contents of a teaspoon of thyme in a teacup and add 150 ml of very hot water.
