That lady is exactly the leader I would like to see or even expect myself to be should I be in that position. It is the image of a higher up that, at the same time, makes the position of a leader so extremely hard, that I wouldn't want to be in that position.
All the Bosses out there want to be in that position, because they think they don't need to work that hard anymore. Because they don't want to work that hard anymore. And some don't. They just push their work onto their employees.

I can understand that one would want an easy life. Everyone wants that. The difference between a Boss and a Leader (that is very nicely displayed in that image) is that a Leader tries to make everyone's life easier ... and a Boss tries to only make their life easier.
