How do I learn Deep Learning and AI
First of all practice Python or R programming which will be very useful for learning machine learning. Python makes life simpler compared to C and Java. I don't think learning Python or R programming language will be difficult for you
Some good resources for Python:

- Page on coursera.org Python for everybody from Coursera.
- Byte of Python from Swaroop C H.
In Python become familiar with NLTK, Scikit-learn and numpy libraries which will be handy while coding ML algorithms.
After having sound understanding in Python you can start studying Machine Learning Concepts.
You can refer this book Data Science from Scratch(http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/...) which covers most of the concepts in ML plus this book also has Python programming basics and Mathematical concepts which will be strong foundation for you to learn AI.
