@jeffberwick You have absolutely changed my life with this one video (the first one you made) that I watched Tuesday evening, 22 June, after I had gotten home from work...just as I was thinking I should head over to the the shoppette (convenience store on the military base I live and work on in Japan) and get myself a bottle of wine...but I started watching your video instead, and decided right then and there...that was IT for me. NO MORE! So it's now Sunday afternoon (2 July), a time when I usually like to pour myself a glass of wine or crack open a nice cold beer and "enjoy" my day off by doing so...nope...don't need it, don't want it. I have so much more energy and have been sleeping better already! Thank you Jeff, from the bottom of my heart!
