well, with the increase number of people joining Steemit everyday and most of them join with the wrong notion that Steemit is a get rich quick without making much effort. Most of these people find it hard to sit down and write a creative post on their own. Am not surprise that cheetah do reach her limit.

But what I would say is for all the old people who are inviting new members to the platform to take small time and educate the new people they brought on the need for creativity, determination and commitment.
