[Lokkie's diary]: about simplification in my life
Hello everybody. The problem of lack of time I experienced a long time.
So much good and interesting in this life and so little time. It was necessary to prioritize and optimize. Now for this there is a fashionable word - time management.
Where does the childhood go by a housewife every day?
- Sleeping
- Walking with children
- Cooking
- Daily cleaning
- Reading technical literature
- Food intake
- Take-bring the children from educational institutions
- Gym
- Communication with the husband
- Social networks (Steemit, Golos)
- Hygienics
- Shopping trips
- Control of children (house, clothing, hygiene, pedagogical conversations, etc.)
- Washing-drying-ironing
- Beauty guidance (make-up, selection of clothes)
Plus, there are a lot of non-daily business that replace each other. A few days ago I finished a quest called "Collect autographs of all specialized doctors" for a first-grade son. To be honest, there was a desire to celebrate it with a bottle of champagne. But I'm an athlete, I shouldnt :))
The day is not endless, so I decided to cut the chronobudget to some points. The beginning with the simplest: the guidance of beauty and cooking.
2 pencils and lipstick
Makeup, in its essence, is a deception. Women paint their faces in order to attract the attention of surrounding men. Basically. All these slogans like "I paint for myself" are really only slogans.
I read somewhere about an experiment in which people lived in isolation from the outside world. In the beginning they behaved as usual: they cleaned their teeth, they made the bed, men shaved, women applied makeup. After a long time they declined all these rituals, their behavior slipped to the satisfaction of natural needs.
I have already completed my biological program, therefore I decided to give up women's trinkets. No, on occasion, of course, I can put on heels and make up. For example, for a photo session:
But the photo session happens once a year, but if I save 15 minutes a day, I get: 15 * 350/60 = 87.5 hours per year of free time (15 days a year for various festive events).
A system used at a long distance does work. A daily candy (50 kcal) will bring you 50 * 365 = 18,250 kcal per year. The cake, eaten in one meal intake, will give approximately 5,000 kcal. This is not a call to action, but info to thinking.
In short, the imposition of daily make-up I shortened somewhere about two minutes, clothes - pofigstyle, look like this:
Nothing outstanding, but in the mirror is not disgusting to look at. O - Optimization.
Feed me, feed me
Do you know what I like most in restaurants? No, not the sophistication of the dishes and not the luxurious interior. Dishes of restaurant level I can prepare by ownself.
Most of all I'm happy that you do not need to cook and do not have to clean. Even a herring with boiled potatoes cooked and served not by my hands, I am much more pleased than Caesar salad and lasagna with Bolognese sauce, over which I had to work myself.
OMG, if someone took me to feed, I would even agree to be raw-eater. And so - with equal effort, I, of course, tastes better than buckwheat)))
By the way, about buckwheat. I optimized the preparation of everyday food as follows: I cook several side dishes (pea, buckwheat, oatmeal, pasta), boil frozen vegetables, beans, eggs, meat, pre-cut the greens. Mixed arbitrarily, added a slicing of fresh vegetables and fruits, sprinkled with oil -> a full meal is ready.
Optimization of other items on the list is in the queue. Some things I can not sacrifice - for example, sleep, time given to children, or technical literature, but other routine activities can and should be adjusted.
Everything should be simplified as long as possible, but no more.
Albert Einstein.
Looking nice
Thank you! ;)

Simple laziness has made me way more productive in life. It is hard for me to explain, but you worded it perfectly!
thx
I tried to :)
You must have a very happy husband... do you have a lonely twin sister by any chance?;-)
And: On what side do cars drive on the Crimea or did you buy a British car?
Thanks a lot ;) Unfortunately not, I have a sister, but not a twin :)
There are mostly cars with the steering wheel on the left, I have the same. but there are also cars with the steering wheel to the right, from the regions of Russia that are close to Japan.
Aha.. I learned something. Russians drive cars from Japan. Must be very confusing^^
