What is a redfish?

I like the keto diet because when you eliminate carbs you basically eliminate all processed food. Can you think of a single processed junk food that doesn't have carbs? There isn't one. I don't believe whole-food carbs (fruits, vegetables, whole grains) are fattening, but anything that gets people to cut out processed food is a win in my book! Good luck with your diet.
