I do agree that a lot of our anxiety boils down to the sheer amount of distraction we allow ourselves to partake in. Practicing to focus sounds like a worthwhile endeavor.

I decided to write this article after seeing many people jumping to check every notification on their phones or watches. After getting rid of such habit myself it looks surreal.
