Voting power is at 100% again, so I'm doing another giveaway, this one with a bit more structure, down to 30% power

This giveaway has ended. Thanks to all who participated! I made it down to 20.64% voting power as I just don't want to spend the time to verify. I even upvoted the people who didn't qualify, but only after upvoting everyone else.

And -- the bug that was present last time also was, while I was processing replies -- it was a replies page I had already loaded, and scrolled down until I saw a reply in gray instead of black (meaning, I already read it). Starting from the last black one, I process all those replies, from bottom up, and then reload the page to get the most recent replies. Then I scrolled down until I saw the ones in gray, and started processing again.

But when I went back, there were a whole bunch I had missed! My apologies for having the reward amounts not quite be in chronological order.

Note that I tried something like this early on, but I wasn't a whale so my upvote didn't mean anything (it's $3.63 right now), and I asked for each recipient to obtain for me 3 followers. So, this should be a little easier, and I'll post an update on whether it was worth it, and the metrics.
