Wrote a much longer post earlier, but The Great Suspender (an apparently-buggy Chrome plugin) didn't detect that form input was being done and suspended it, wiping out the content.
Oh well, no big deal.
Whether or not @berniesanders is behind the attacks on my external website (he's only a suspect, albeit the primary one; so, add an "alleged" before any accusation, prior to court order), he is attacking me here on Steemit so my project is being dusted off.
After @berniesanders started accusing and flagging @haejin, the account @nijeah (@haejin backwards) was created using the @anonsteem service. This account admitted to DDoSing my site, and was otherwise only used to attack @haejin, and has been inactive for two months now.
Very likely, but not provable yet, the @nijeah account was created by @berniesanders.
My site started getting DDoS attacks again yesterday, so I made a post about it, and then @berniesanders started attacking me again here.
So, I've turned this site back on:

(By the way, @berniesanders, it's fairly wide-open so I'm pretty sure you can hack in and deface it.)
I created the account @unrandowhale today, and will be using it for this project. You can see in the account recovery that I created it, and did not use an anon service like the creator of @nijeah did.
And, I can do this project in Perl instead of Python now, thanks to @hoffmann! In fact he's got another great article up, using a similar technique to auto-create the function calls, as I had used years ago to add Windows calls to Perl for automation!

@unrandowhale won't make any posts or comments, so will remain at reputation 25. It will communicate with those who get unrandowhaled via the memo function while sending 0.001 STEEM, letting them know the reasons and the story behind his attacks.

The whale @berniesanders thinks that by using abusive language and abusive downvotes, that he is helping the community somehow.
He is wrong. His account is already -18 (hey, he moved up to -17!), so downvoting him can't hurt him.
However, he has created the "service" @randowhale which takes people's money and then uses it to continue abusive downvoting against others. People pay him for upvotes, but instead he gives a lesser upvote, and uses some of their funds to downvote.
So I have created @unrandowhale, which will remove the rewards that he gives to paying customers, with an explanation of his behavior as well as an encouragement to not use his services in the future.
In other words, hit him in the wallet.
While I agree that downvote abuse is completely unacceptable, I'm not sure that getting into a flagging war is actually furthering your goals or those of the steemit community. By creating this post, bernie has already made about $27 just by replying to your comments and self-upvoting. Until you are able to downvote every reply of his to zero, you're not "hitting him in the wallet," you're just adding to his ill-gotten gains. I'd advise not engaging him until you can do so without rewarding his bad behavior.

Hello Every one I donot knonw about this flag war but how much i know i have not seen that he flag any one with out any reason and if he flag those who are getting such reward for a nothing posts or post which are so many in a day . Let take an example i post once in 2 days sometime i post after few days when i busy in study, how much i work on my post i have not get any upvote from any one. even i invest in my post and i didnot get the return of my investment as well so how can he be wrong, we might get small profit but we must have to think about the community growth as well .
I hope we need to be one and follow each others i know many people who are spamming the site and has 100 Accounts and have high Sp and self voting, so i think that should be stopped and we have to be unite for that i am having small power so i cant say any thing about anyone i know i will be crushed in minutes, Hope we think about the community as well
