[Short & Sweet] Chankya Niti - Things To Learn From Animals
Lion
Whether the pray is small or a big one, the lion has same approach towards them — attacking it's prey with a full force.
Whatever a man intends doing, should be done by him with a whole-hearted and strenuous effort.
Crane
A Crane is known to stay perfectly still in water till it spots and gets hold of fishes which swim towards it since it is standing so still and at the same time Crane has full knowledge of the happenings in its surroundings.
The wise man should restrain his senses like the crane and accomplish his purpose with due knowledge of his place, time and ability.
Crow
Crow makes love privately, does not get scared easily, collects things for use in future, is always alert and never trusts anyone.
Private acts should be done privately not just sex but also covering secrets. A man should be prepared for future, should not be scared of failures and should not easily trust others.
Cock
Cock rises early in the morning with immense spirit, always being ready to defend himself.
Dog
Contentment with little or nothing to eat; to awaken instantly although one may be in a deep slumber; loyalty to the master; and bravery; these qualities should be learnt from the dog.
Donkey
It continues to carry burden; he is unmindful of cold and heat; and he is always contented; these things should be learned from the donkey.
