***Steeming Fitness all week, especially when getting the kids to school***
Building endurance through cardio, core, and consistency. I started the week working out in the gym, however with being very active in my kid's life, it is critical to find ways to work out without going to the gym. When I wake up I often hit the edge of the steps to work on abs or even get it in at my kid's school. Lol!
