People are ready to fail you, are you going to allow defeat?
Hello my fellow steemians
It's my pleasure writing to you , and it's a great privilege to have your audience.
I want to ask us all this question which is directed to everyone and it deserves to be responded to,
"Will you accept defeat?"
Mostly, all of us will say NO!
Because we don't want to accept defeat.
But are you working towards not accepting defeat?
Are you not drawn back to take your sit when you stand up to take a step ahead towards not been defeated?
Some months back, something happened to my friend whose identity will be hidden for privacy sake.
That my friend engaged in a very brutal activity which was totally against the rule of his working place and as one of the top leading workers whom use to serves as a good example to coming juniors.
The company he belonged to sanctioned him and sent him back to the lowest level of the organization to start a fresh just as a newly recruited worker.
As someone who has helped lot of people when he was still serving as a leader.
More of his expectations was that some of these set of people he has helped will preach something good as a positive ideas just to motivate him but most of them turned to be in an opposite direction.
Only few people stayed with him by word of encouragement just to keep him going.
When he started working back just like a low level worker, he kept his ways so cleaned out of dirt by making his new way in a very cool manner and shunned away disgrace.
Mind you , without the spirit of relenting, he got to his position back and kept doing more best than how others are doing it.
You can accept with me that, he never relent nor succumb to defeat.
And with utmost respect to his goals, yet he kept moving towards getting to the top which made him a better leader after his downfall.
Although, there will be an obstacles on your ways which I know you will definitely overcome if you don't succumb to defeat.
Never allow defeat!
