great post, I have been going heavy on carbs the past few months and I have a more lean muscle build now as opposed to bulk I had last year. i think it depends on your body type.
If you have man boobs and were already eating a bucket of chicken wings a day before you hit the gym you need to cut down on the protein intake and up your carbs
gives you more energy which you still need for cardio and HIT workouts which are essential for tonning lean muscle.
