HOW TO DEAL WITH A BROKEN HEART #MEND YOURSELF

Hello fellow steemians,
Today i share with you what a person must do to come out of a sadness and heal a broken heart.

Once we are ready to risk our hearts for the sake of love we should be ready also for disappointments and heartbreaks.

Below are a few steps to follow to heal yourself from a suffering and get over whatever is eating you up.

1. Be human and feel the pain.
   The first step to mending a broken heart is allowing yourself to be human and feel the pain because it is important to let these emotions out naturally. Find a quiet place to cool your nerves and don't be embarrassed if you find yourself shedding some tears. It's the body's way of taking out the pain and hurt.

2. Take your depleted heart to God Almighty.
   Psalm 143:8: “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life."
   God is the only one who can take you out from this suffering.

3. Give yourself time to heal.
   You have to be faithful to yourself by giving your body all the needed time to heal without relying on anybody for emotional satisfaction.

4. Learn lessons from the bitter experience.
   For you to become a better and stronger person after a heart break you need to take both the positive and negative aspect of your relation with the person and learn from it.

5. Don't go into another relationship ASAP

6. Be truthful to yourself and move on

7. Keep yourself busy with things you love doing most
