Many people in the natural are blessed with all five senses by which they function as Normal. Surprisingly, in the Spirit, not many are so..
With eyes but do not see Spiritual realities
With Ears but donot hear the voice of God
With a mouth but cannot declare Thus Sayeth the Lord
With a nose but cannot perceive the fragrances of the Spirit
Strive to have your senses activated in the Spirit , then u can be Normal as the Bible defines it

We don't connect with the Holy Spirit. We connect with God THROUGH the Holy Spirit. If you want more of the Spirit in your life then you need to engage in spiritual disciplines. Read your Bible regularly. Go to church regularly. Pray regularly. I listen to Christian music that feeds me spiritually. Most importantly, you need to grow in obedience.
