Life can only be as difficult as you perceive it to be

How difficult can life be, it will only be as difficult as how you want to perceive it to be. Being happy in a shitty situation is possible. It can be really difficult but with constant awareness of your thoughts and emotions you are definitely able to alter the negative thoughts to positive one. Stop blaming others or the situations or are you just so used to feeling shitty all the time that you have forgotten how to be happy.

Life isn’t very difficult people, it is really us making it difficult. I am only saying it from experience. Being aware of my thoughts made my realize how and why I feel such. With practice I was able to reach this stage of being happy in a phase that brings misery. Even then what is misery? If you were to look at some quotes I have posted on my blog, I have said that a word such as adversity does not exist for me, rather I see them as seeds. These seeds make me grow mentally. If you see it as a problem, trouble and adversity of course it will be one. I used to see it as that too until I realise that each seed has a root that goes deeper into the ground so that I can withstand anything that comes my way. It is a problem if you see it short term, if you zoom into the seed. Zoom your lens out, look at the bigger picture. The problem is a passing cloud, once that has passed the sky will be filled with colours and amazingly beautiful paintings. Look forward to that. Focus on the good, focus on the growth, train your mind to see such. You control your mind, your mind should not control you.

I do hope you would take the power back of being happy, sad or angry whenever you want too. You can create your life. It starts with your thoughts, focus on the thoughts that would make your dream life come true not on thoughts that is in the opposite direction of your dream.
