THE LIFE OF THE GOAT AND THE EMPLOYEE

In the African countries, especially in the rural areas, goat is seen as one of the domestic animals that is owned by almost every household especially in rural areas.

It is assumed that the he goat is more stupid and foolish than the she goat. This, apart from its characteristics, is attributed to its unfuturistic manner of life. The she goat is seen to have a longer lifespan more than the he goat. It is not that the he goat cannot live as long as the she goat, the logical part of it is that, the he goat is not futuristic.

Having taken a closed observation of how long the he goat can live, the conclusion is that once it is 2 years old, it gets killed and consumed by the owner while the she goat keeps living.

But wait oooooo!
Do you think the he goat would not have love to escape as at when the door was opened for its freedom? To me, it would have flee if it knew how to and where to go to. Even when the he goat knew that it would get killed before it clocks 2 years, it will remain in the same house waiting for the day of its jungle justice.

The life of the he goat is nothing but an assumed life of over 90% life of Nigerian employees working in a private company. Since I was born, I have never seen a private company tolerating her employee till the end. In fact, the dead end of every employee in the private company is to get FIRED at last.

Why do they remain until they get fired? It could be that they do not know where to explore or how to explore.
