RE: But Is Christ Really Your King?***jpman***
In times of trouble, think of God. Think only of God.
I heard it from 'the Golden Key' .. it is a practical tool that can be used in all things.

Well said, but I feel its much better to think of God when you are well settled rather than thinking at the time of trouble.
i think in terms of just always returning to God. rest with God. that is your home. if you don't go home, well... you will be tired, you will get pissy... you will make more mistakes. nobody is doing it to you, it would just be a lack of energy from not recharging at home. ; )
but the times of trouble, it is most important then to avoid mistakes, often high pressure situations will appear one way, but if you recenter yourself, think on God, and let your presence shine thru, you find things easier, done simplier, and with more joy and less mistake.
Yes God should be in our First & our Last thoughts before we retire.
