Good iniciative but I suggest to you that review again the nutritional components that have sich food that you are remendating on your image of your post
There's no way the numbers on this chart are accurate. According to the chart, a 190 lb person on average should consume 137 grams of protein, or 4.8 ounces. Based on the fact that 1 serving of meat is 4 ounces, it seems that the chart is off by at least 2 additional meals. Also it looks like some of the meat on the chart is raw, and it should be noted that the chart refers to weight of protein after it has been cooked ( you loose about 25% of weight during cooking.)
