After that maybe some people work because of the hobby, and the fun. as well as many people working for personal fulfillment or self-actualization. Motivation is INDIVIDUAL and UNIQUE. Everyone has his own way and his own assessment of motivation in the world of work. Money or often called COMPENSATION be the basis of a person PERFORMANCE assessment. This means that with the income they earn, will encourage themselves to contribute according to the work agreement. Regardless they call the term money is COMPENSATION, SALARY, BONUS, REMUNERATION or other, the obvious money is the basis they are motivated in working.
