What Is Your Motivation In Work?


A person's motivation in working is different. It ultimately makes the treatment of the company or workplace is also different to each employee. Motivation of work to be ENERGY from within a person, and have a different way of working one another.

As an EXCLUSIVE with years of work experience of course the motivation will be different from the newly joined subordinates. The importance of you understand What motivation underlies people in the world of work will relieve you in working and achieve income according to the target you want to achieve.

Work for Money


It is undeniable, Money is the motivation of the first person in work, here I am also included. Questions arise, for what to work if not make money? Money is the undisputed motivation of every job. Why is that, because today money has become a medium of exchange or bartering of all the needs of a person. So the motivation of one's work will put the money as the first. After that maybe some people work because of the hobby, and the fun. as well as many people working for personal fulfillment or self-actualization. People work for the fulfillment of their personal mission which can only be done if getting money from the work. Money motivation ranks at the top in the search for one's identity.

The Influence Of Motivation In Work:

  • Always Getting New Challenges
  • Can Complete Jobs Quickly Without Reducing the aesthetics of the Works


Motivation is INDIVIDUAL and UNIQUE. Everyone has his own way and his own assessment of motivation in the world of work. Money or often called COMPENSATION be the basis of a person PERFORMANCE assessment. This means that with the income they earn, will encourage themselves to contribute according to the work agreement. Regardless they call the term money is COMPENSATION, SALARY, BONUS, REMUNERATION or other, the obvious money is the basis they are motivated in working. Work is Money, is the stigma that still becomes LEGEND until the end of time. With the strength of the power of MONEY as a tool of trade, so until now the motivation in the world of work someone will remain to the money. Because with Money someone can meet their NEEDS and DESIRE.

Recognition of Ability and Performance


Basic work motivation in addition to MATERIAL AND TIME, continues on performance. Good or bad achievement of an individual's performance is very direct influence on their motivation. If you have a performance that is flashy but not considered by the boss, while there are other colleagues with poor performance but still given apology by superiors, then this is very damaging to your work motivation of course. That is why recognition becomes a motivation in the world of work.

Recognition is the same as money, where you are rewarded according to your work. Good or bad of course you have work. And the appreciation of this business is what many people need. For good results, it will surely give more compensation, while bad things will certainly have an impact on the final performance of the period.

A boss does not need to judge a person's bad work, when performance does show bad numbers. A wise boss will actually do Coaching and Counseling, and even provide MENTORING. So that their employees remain appreciated despite their poor performance. And if ultimately the employee chooses to withdraw because of the performance, then they withdraw with RESPECT and PROUD, because the boss has given CHANCE, not the boss who gives punisment.

Good Attitude's


Motivation in the work of the last person is the presence of Good Attitude. Work environment becomes the determining factor of the creation of this Attitude. Ask your employees what they want from their work and how they want to get it. This positive morale is a form of LEADER LEADERSHIP to his subordinates.

Good attitudes or good ak associated with leadership patterns and management patterns in managing the organization. Organizations that contain people need to be treated appropriately. Rules and procedures are absolute in a business process, but communication, cooperation and coordination are fundamental in building this Attitude. Given accurate information about their wishes and expectations for you and their work, it is predictable how SIMPLE how to build a person's work motivation. The world of work will be fun for all lines, even though the targets and challenges are huge and heavy.

Motivation is an energy source within, but you as an organization leader can create a safe and conducive environment. Give more attention to the workings of your employees and create an environment with good attitude, and ascertain the time to be a successful witness of your business organization
