Establishing Familiarity at Work

When entering the world of work is a time where you will be bound to all rules that apply to the company. As in general companies both government and private there are levels of position and authority for each employee. Therefore, while at work despite interconnected communication between each other there is still a divider barrier between superiors and subordinates where it can create a sense of awkwardness in togetherness. However, in some companies there is a family atmosphere is one thing that is endeavored by employees and superiors.
Where the bosses have more concern to his subordinates so as not to cause too much distance between them. So that employees can feel the beauty of togetherness when working with their superiors.
Because one of the reasons someone to loyal to the company they work for is a feeling of comfort and appreciation by colleagues and superiors. Because although the salary that can be obtained if work elsewhere is much greater but if the work atmosphere is less good even tend to be in a depressed atmosphere while working and less appreciated by superiors then they will prefer a workplace that gives a sense of kinship and togetherness at work.
Not even a few employees who feel sorry when deciding out of the workplace that establish a family atmosphere in it and move to a new place with facilities and high salaries. Because it turns out that the new company where they work is too demanding the perfect work, so they become stiff and because it is too busy there is no familial relationship that can be established among the employees. So for employees who are familiar with workplace full of sense of togetherness and kinship will feel the loss of good times togetherness with colleagues both at work and with their families.
