For what else is the masculine energy about? To serve and protect what.. the ego, the ideas, the expectations or is it simply to be the example of truth and strength to stand up for real values.
Fearlessness seen one way throws men into combat, while can also be seen as fear-less-ness for knowing self and the power of self confidence is an insurmountable courage for the perceived good, not a fear of the perceived bad.

Sure combat on all levels has lessons. How deep one goes and how often he indulges that is up to the ego is it not? I have seen enough to know wholeness is balance and one does not exist without the other. There is only what is happening now and what we are making of it, this shapes how we see the world and what we choose to create for ourselves next; in my humble opinion.
