"Relax your tendency to object"--I could use this. I'm trying all the time to soften, and to not be so quick to be combative, even in small ways.
That said, I also don't want to lose my "teeth" when it comes to writing or speaking about things I care about. So it's about the proper placement of things, and habits of wisdom. We can be strong, for example, but don't need to be combative--we can still relax more, even when we are speaking about things we care about.
