Happy Easter 2018!
Many Americans are celebrating Easter this year, whether that be spending time with family and friends or attending a sunrise service. But I still find it so interesting how the true meaning of Easter is lost behind distractions like the Easter bunny, coloring eggs, and hunting for hidden treasures.
Easter is such an important remembrance of the ultimate sacrifice Jesus Christ made for his children to save us from our sins.
He was tested by Satan in the desert for 40 days, and had nothing to eat.
Christians praise Jesus during this time, known as the Lenten season, by fasting, or giving up something they truly favor as a recollection of His salvation.
Additionally, they call to mind their sins and ask for forgiveness as they are reminded of Jesus' death on the cross, burial, and resurrection three days later. At the end of the 40 days, Christians have a renewed faith in the Son of God.
As a Christian, it is so humbling that God sent his only Son to suffer and die for us, so that we could have eternal life.
And all He asks for in return is to “Love the Lord with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength. The second thing He asks of us is to "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." Let us all seek the true meaning of Easter this year! Many blessings to you all!!

Yes, but it's all true!
True, says you... nay, says I, it's not, because no one has sent their "only child" to die, all of animalia are children of nature, so killing a human has the same value as killing a groundworm.
And nothing lasts forever. Everything that has a beginning has an end.
Oh, and before you propose that we'll attain immortality once we've died and arrived at the purported "Kingdom of Heaven", then let me assure you that there is nothing after this, beyond what you have created.
Either you lead your life in the footsteps of the Masters (Yashua, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Mohammad et al), and live like them "thus creating heaven in your wake", or you follow the whore harlot of Babylon sat atop the throne in the Kingdom of the Vatican, and like an endless pit will you therefore consume everything and anything that come your way.
The choice is yours... in what thoughts you put to words, the choice is always yours.
