Benefits of Roving in the dark......and something important about you

The more you try to understand life and it's purposes the more you find yourself entrapped and confused.We as a human in our very nature wants to become free from everything maybe this desire of ours does not get much of expression in real world but you may have experienced the emptiness when you wake up some cold day that's the thing humans are really hankering after.We are most blissful when we are empty.So why is Human full of desires whether it be money,cars,girls,knowledge.Why can't we live without these things.The reason which I can see is the structure of society and our continuous endeavors to be part of these social structure.We have trained our mind in that particular direction and are not ready to leave our Karma and want some result for our endeavors . The aspirations to do different things which we are doing i.e. money and variety of other things are not fundamental and original in many ways as we are channeling our longings to some particular methodology of existing . We take most of things of our life as granted and cannot appreciate it completely,we do not live a basic life For ex. we do not know the origins of the chicken or milk or cornflakes on our table.

So what roving in the dark means walking without a fixed destination.Roving has immense benefits on the state of your mind.You must try to dissolve yourself in the emptiness of your surrounding while walking.While Roving in the dark you will not able to see much of your surroundings but you will be able to experience yourself completely.Forget about yourself,your name,your designations,your achievements and just appreciate how less you need to live and what it is to Live.You will get a platform from where you can see your problems and normal you as a different entity.The intensity of passion attached with different things will decrease and you will go near and near to the reality i.e. emptiness the container of everything. Delusion which you carry in your mind about yourself and others will end.You will see life as a play of universe and meaninglessness of it and the reason and method by which people add meaning to it.
