Arch in the night

A few of my friends came from out of state. We were having a great time visiting places and catching up. The day was wonderful.

By nightfall, we still haven't visited the arch and they had to leave urgently so I was like why not? So we went to the arch but couldn't go inside of course. It was different sight then the day time. At daytime, it's all crowded, people talking, kids running around screaming, and so much happening. At nighttime, it's all quiet, got the wind blowing, and feels like you could do whatever without worry.

What was surprising is that we did encounter some people. We encountered these drunk people driving on the road when the road is closed off. They were driving very fast toward us, we were freaking out! Luckily they drove past us... but then they came back. They drove past us again screaming something at us and they got off the road like they got on, by driving on the grass on the side... since the road was blocked off.

That night we also encountered a cop. He nicely told us that the park is completely closed to the public after 11 pm, so we wandered around a bit more and left.
