Too fatty, don’t have headache , Eat moderate food . To loss weight are you trying to manage the calorie or doing hard exercise , But not get the result . What will you do . The main thing is your habit . If you manage the habit of Yours and then you can gain the result you want .

  1. First of all you have to eat a healthy food .
  2. Second You don’t have to buy the rich foods or as much as you don’t have to. Be Economical to buy foods.
  3. Don’t eat Oily food .
  4. Don’t eat Fast food.
  5. Avoid the Flour or Rice type foods . Because these are Weight Gaining Foods.
  6. Don’t eat Protein like food so much . Take the percentage you want .
  7. Don’t be lazy to seat down in one place whole day. Have a walk in stairs, about 200 steps of stairs in one day.
  8. Drink Water about 5liters a day.
  9. Make your movement or walk in every 30 minutes . Jogging is the main thing or is the theory to loss the weight.
  10. Don’t work in place of radiation.
  11. Don’t sleep too much .
  12. Don’t have bad headache or unusual thoughts .
  13. Sleep as much as you need. If you sleep 4 Hours in a day , the next day you gain 300 calory and 21 gram fat in your body. So sleep as much as you need but don’t sleep too much.
  14. Don’t take too much pressure in work . Make your life simple.
    So, if you do these you will loss your weight in 30days. Simply just you have to follow these and make you life better in future.
