Increase in the lackadaisical attitudes to safe sex practice and possession of multiple sex partners by many of us are alarming.
If care isn't taken, the societies are in danger.
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are real, antibiotics are costly and microorganisms are developing resistances to them day by day, the trauma and pains associated with STDs are enormous.
You need to be very careful of the hoes you dig or the rods you ride.
If not for yourself but for societal benefits.

If you are a carrier of a particular STD or other communicable disease, the environment and the people in it are in danger.
Many people have given different reasons why they detest the use of condoms as a (common) method of safe sex practice.
Some said condoms reduce the sweetness of sex. Skin to skin is sweet.
But remember that Neisseria gonorrhea, Treponema pallidum, HIV, and their cohorts aren't smiling and they are ready to strike when they see any opportunity.

Few days ago, after I alighted from a bike, a staff of a particular organization in a certain location called me and after hand shaking, he demanded for dough to buy drugs.
They haven't been paid then and I was broke as well. He told me that his genital was paining him and pus was on his penis' cap. He was feeling pain. I could see it on his face.
Instantly, I imagined a pain in such a delicate organ.
The self acclaimed manhood.
The power house himself.
The joy of all of us (male and female).
Ha! And I have shaken his hand.
Because of this and other reasons, I have a microbiological phobia for hand shaking and public swimming pools' water.
If I go out and shake hands, I'm always cautious of not taking such fingers near my mouth until after washing.
But can this prevent the ingestion of pathogens?
I knew it was a STD. I wanted to ask about his last sexual encounter but he wasn't in such mood.
He needed help.
He needed a medication to relieve the pain.
I gave him a significant hundreds of Nigerian Naira.
But which antibiotic can such an amount buy?
Drug treatment is becoming more expensive
This can happen to anybody and has already happened to majority of people.
At that particular hour, we forget STDs.
The euphoria of getting into that hole unarmored becloud our sense of reasoning.

Later, I went to that organization and saw the man healthy. I was happy for him. I didn't ask him about the other day event because it was a busy day for both of us.
But today, I blame myself for not asking.
Well, according to the said symptoms, I was right about what caused such illness.
In the quest of satisfying sexual want, many people are harbouring these deadly pathogens in their body systems and keep on using different antibiotics to suppress them.
Not knowing that an indiscriminate use of antibiotics has side effects.
Antibiotics kill normal flora inhabiting particular parts of the body and this gives way for harmful microbes to strike.
In conclusion, STDs are real and unrestrained sexual activities are contributing to its skyrocketed transmission among us.

SOLUTIONS
i. Avoid multiple sex partners.
Anatomically, all holes and rods are the same.
Also, not all holes should be dug by you.
Anti, not all rods should be ridden.
Stay in one place
What are you looking for?
ii. Practice safe sex.
iii. Consult a qualified Doctor in a reputable hospital if you are seeing thick, cloudy or bloody discharge from your penis or vagina.
Pain or burning sensation when urinating.
Painful, swollen testicles.
Anal itching.
or any other symptoms.
iv. If you are diagnosed of any STD, stay away from sex.
There is no benefit or joy in spreading it around.
Don't be wicked and useless at the same time.
Focus on your complete healing.
v. Above all, Discipline your body.
Hold body.
If you are single, nothing like weather for two. It is a weather to till the land (crop productions) and not the other land.
Together, We can build a society free of STDs and other related diseases.
