We could go on and on about this. It just needs to start with people simply saying 'No'. 'No, I'm sorry boss. You're wrong. I will not fire those co-workers.' 'No, I'm sorry Colonel. I will not drop that bomb. I do not believe in killing people'. 'No. I refuse this treatment because I believe it is ineffective'.
