This is a good point of view of these situations... It happens all the time in work places, it happens to me all the time, and it is happening these days with the startup people, sometimes people shares their ideas with "smart people" and they end up "stealing" them.

I have two thougs about this:

• Your idea, as the honey can just be made real by you with the details that you created in your mind, so other people so other people that takes your idea is not really taking yours, they are taking their version of it, sometimes even better than yours, sometimes a cheap copy, but anyways if the person is smart enough will make reallity that idea among the original creator.

• If your boss keep taking your ideas from you and presents them as his, don´t have a hard time... It just a person that can´t think of good ideas and he needs you, the time will come when the idea factory will close and he will have to manage by himself... you will always create new ideas.
