Darkness is vital to sleep, like you said, and more importantly, electronic darkness is even more critical even as 5G and WIFI in general is rising. So, we do better in life when we seek silence, a break, a fast, at night. I take naps sometimes. I've fallen asleep while listening to music, to TV, videos, to some noise, but I've done better with silence. Thanks for the advice, the reminders here. Upvoted.
Thank you so much for your Feedbaack. For me is Darkness the Keypoint! Since I have changed my old habits, my sleep-quality is much better.
