I think this gesture, though having being quite severe towards the ladies, definitively SAVED your life and changed your own paradigm about life and people.
Enjoy every second of it. Embrace it. Life is too precious to be wasted like that. Sometimes you have to take radical decisions towards people, that´s fine. But there is no reason to take life away, some people will always enjoy being with you, cherish the moments with them.
