360° THINKING

The greatest asset of man is the uninterrupted ability to think and decide. "As a man thinketh in his mind so is he" hope you know those lines right? Like I care, how we think about our present day problems stirs up the way we will overrun the problem or vice versa. Its worthy of note to say that the sojourn of our actions are liable to choices we make.

Its just certain, for you to get a good output then much good work and critical thinking is required. We all have the ability to think and preside over our daily actions quite alright but the ability for us to set things at the peak of making efficient and quality ones that can tilt us into our set goals in life. The best way of getting ethical feedbacks is by installing good thought process. Our today's lecture is to examine some basic guidelines that can be oiled in our thinking process will grab opportunities and take us mainstream, 360 thinking takes a dimensional approach in problem solving, seeing opportunities and accelerating success. Before we elaborate much on this I will like to bring in an underlying research called third spacing thinking. The research is unique because of its excellent skills and emphasis on 360 thinking, let's rock and roll

1. Adaptability
2. Empathy
3. Cultural competence
4. Intellectual curiosity

1. Adoptability:- this simply means the willingness of adapt to new response even when it is unexpected, in other words it also means the development of mental agility in the midst of regular change or flexibility
   A perfect explain is Netflix, they have successfully switched to the online world bringing in live streamings which everyone enjoys today.

2. Empathy:- this means the ability to understand other's target wants and priorities, which is prompt by good interactions and active listening, and helping others on problem solving and needs solving fulfilment.

3. Cultural competence:- the literally means understanding the value of culture and developing cross-cultural intelligence. Capable of working respectively and adequately across cultures.

4. Intellectual curiosity:- loves to get new and higher knowledge, hunger for growth and develops lots of intelligence and higher learning.

I was on a Facebook page today, why trying to gets list of firms competing with coca cola, then a shocker came from one of the regional managers that their main competitor is water and so coca cola is trying their best to get their product to everyone who is thirsty. How did they come about that? Curiosity thinking I guess.
There are three ways to think about things which will harbour us a comprehensive 360 degree view.

insight:-

This is the scope gotten from knowledge but based on the trends that surrounds us, its is giver of innovations and positive ideas. Getting more insights requires much improvement on our observation skills, you must observe thing things around your world and then make some sense through them.

foresight:-

This is the ability to forecast and see the output of actions taken, taking necessary plans ahead of time and then source out for resources to give it a kick. Developing the wonderful skill has to do with facing future challenges now, and this definitely has to do with proper planning.

hindsight

This is said to be the ability to make examination of pass problems, when we understand the cause of our past it helps enhance proper plannings for the future. Experience is the best teacher they say, hindsight is like a reflection or book of the past were you can go and revise experiences when you are faced with problems, it really requires a very deep reflection.. Its easy to hang ourselves on success only if we understand the situation at hand...
