Water an all-purpose elixir. Water has no enemy, no competitor, completely friendly and readily available. The importance of water can never be over-emphasized. Water is so essential that God had to cover 71% of the earth's surface with it, just to make sure we don't lack it.
The human body is estimated to be about 60-70% water. Blood is mostly water, the muscles, lungs, and brain all contain water. The benefits of water are just too many, sadly, so many people are still ignorant about it.
"Because we are constantly losing water from our body, primarily through urine and sweat, we are recommended to take about 8-ounce glasses of water which is about 2 liters of water daily. Water is best taken in the morning, as well as 30minutes before a meal to aid in digestion. Also drinking water an hour after meal allows the body to absorb nutrients.
